Core Values

Objective of the JVC is to identify, explore, acquire, develop, mine, process, sale of strategic minerals and other overseas minerals, as well for commercial use. 

These strategic and other minerals are intended to be supplied primarily to India to meet the domestic requirement due to its non or meager availability in the country and giving a big push to Make in India. 

The JVC may, as deemed fit from commercial angle, facilitate acquisition/ acquire other minerals depending on need. 

Initial acquisition will be from Govt. to Govt. basis. However, G2B or B2B acquisition may be opted after due diligence. Besides, JVC will also act as vehicle for extending services like allocation of mines through E-auction method or other expert services to Client Countries or Overseas Organization.
